I’ll actually put the note to readers first. That note is that Izzy is making some significant inroads in the arts, gaining recognition for her “out there” maiden (short) film, Immortal She (to be posted here soon).

This talented musician, screenwriter and now director/actor is knocking things down left and right lately, where her talents and creative opportunities are concerned. The upshot is that she has not had the time or headspace to manage this website. So, you’re stuck with me for now.

One aspect of this site’s mission is society/politics. And in that regard, yours truly has never been overly engaged in the political end of things. I have been a social critic and a fiscal/government/monetary critic. But to me, both sides of the political aisle are just dumb and dumber, frankly.

Well Gah, time for a little education. I really never knew for sure what a NeoCon was until MAGA started splitting apart, leaving its thinkers alienated and its Trumpism-cult robots marching on.

Then I saw this jughead on Fox news, which turned on a light for me the other night. I’m like, ‘duh, he’s making a strident informercial for the NeoCon agenda’. He did it so mechanically that I knew something was very wrong with it. It was so unnatural. It was like a mouth saying words detached from any sort of human origin.

I have one last thing to say on this infernal political shitfest, then it's back to my happy place in the markets. It is clearer than ever why the likes of @TuckerCarlson, @mtgreenee and other MAGA are infuriated.

So yeah, after MTG and Tucker Carlson jumped from the Trump bandwagon I began getting educated about just what MAGA was and was not supposed to be. Above all, it was America first. And whatever we’ve got going on now, it ain’t it. America is not first, as Tucker Carlson’s monologue illustrates.

Anyway, this is the most direct thing I’ve ever seen on the subject of the NeoCons and a tiny nation state with which their interests are aligned. So much so that my first thought was for TC’s welfare. His guest in the vid’s second segment is super interesting as well.

Even within MAGA, I don’t agree with all or even a majority of its fringes. But I have come to re-appreciate TC, who I first became aware of many years ago with his Daily Caller venture. He stumbled badly, IMO, when infected by Fox News. But we can all ask for and receive redemption on occasion. Can’t we? It’s kind of the whole point.
